A shocking revelation! Apparently along Old Klang Road, some smart alec has come up with an inexpensive way to control strays.... It is feared that this is an organised exercise as a few men were seen throwing poisoned food out of a DBKL (City council) van for strays to eat. What a PAINFUL way to die! One good Samaritan has saved a dog from poisoning but how many more will suffer... ?

The Star must be lauded for bringing forth such atrocities. The frightful thing is that each week something like this happens.
Do you think it has to do with many people's believe that MAN is a HIGHER creature than all other animals - so they are justified to exercise POWER over them? MAN is said to have MORE INTELLIGENCE, more SUPERIOR... therefore do not consider other animals worthy of care & concern?
I beg to differ. MAN has been chosen, been entrusted, been blessed, been given the GIFT of intelligence so that they can PROTECT the WEAK, HELP the POOR & to use their intelligence for the GOOD of ALL God's creatures --- what more, those who CANNOT SPEAK for themselves or DEFEND themselves yet they DO SUFFER, feel physical & emotional pain, like any human being!
