Invitation To A Super Cool Freeze Mob
Hey PAWSter,
Admit it, you’ve always wanted to be cool and brag that
you’ve taken part in a freeze mob. Well now, not only can you can you take
part in that super cool freeze but you’ll be doing it for an awesome reason
– to help animals!
THE PET PROJECT MALAYSIA 2012
“Getting Active to Help Save the Animals” A 12-Hour Marathon of Dance,
Fitness & Sports to Raise Awareness for Animal Welfare in Malaysia.
The Pet Project Malaysia, presented by Sabrina Saw in association with The
British International School of Kuala Lumpur, is a charity event to take
place on 7th January, 2012 to raise awareness and funds for animal welfare
in Malaysia. This event is fully supported by The Department of Veterinary
Services (Ministry of Agriculture & Agro-based Industries) and the
beneficiaries of the event include the following NGO’s: PAWS, SPCA
Selangor, Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better, Kucing Terbiar & Anjing Jalanan,
Animal Care, Paws Mission, H.O.P.E., Save a Stray, Independent Pet Rescuers
and Zoo Negara. This is a non-profit event.
We aim to raise awareness and funds for the cause by being proactive and
positive in this 12-hour “Get Active” marathon of dance, fitness and
sport-based master classes taught by the industries’ best international
presenters hailing from U.S.A, U.K., New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong,
Singapore, South Africa and Malaysia.
Along with the main event, (which runs from 11am to 11pm), many other
activities will be held including performances by our local and
international school students of Malaysia, a sports carnival, football
talks, a silent auction, merchandise, food & beverage, NGO booths, sponsors
booths, rock climbing/”Climb for a Life”, Asia’s largest football card
montage, Futsal games, animal welfare talks and demos, etc.
We invite you to
1) Come and meet our project supporters at KL Sentral and join them in
taking part in our Freeze Mob (to be held for five minutes inside the main
entrance of KL Sentral near Hilton KL). The Freeze Mob will start at
5.15p.m. SHARP and go until 5.20p.m.
2) This Freeze Mob has been organized in support of animal welfare and
the project itself.
3) Anyone is welcome to join in. Bring your family. Bring your friends.
Bring your granny even.
